Mr. Almaniak is a series of 365 short films of 50 seconds mixing live action and animation with the graphic palette. Each day of the year corresponds to a particular film which presents the major events which have taken place on that day since the birth of the calendar… in 42 BC, until today. Every day, therefore, three major events, and one playful non-event, always relating to the same family: the Cassoulets.
