The Earth, of Men

Synopsis

From the Western world to the vast expanses of Congo, a meeting between two people who have nothing in common except their love of the land...

The Earth, of Men is a collection of 26-minute films in which, in each episode, a Belgian farmer (or a forester, a stockbreeder, a water manager) meets a Congolese who practices the same profession. The Earth, of Men gives a voice to the men and women, in Europe as well as in Congo, who live their professions with passion and sometimes difficulty. We see that beyond customs and traditions, they are concerned by the same questions and are driven by the same desire to communicate and learn.
